The operational plan is guided by the Four Year Strategic Plan which uses student data as the foundation for decision making aimed at improving student learning.

SD6 said in a press release that community voices, parents, students and staff are all critical to the planning process.

The Operational Plan guides the work of schools and district based staff to keep a clear focus on the most important growth for students. “It is so important to share our student learning, propose a plan, and receive feedback from the community,” said Steve Wyer, Acting Superintendent. “We take that information and revise our Operational Plan before we submit it to the Ministry”.
