Barbara Farrier

December 11, 1936 – August 29, 2017

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Barbara Farrier

announce her passing on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at the age of 80.

After successfully fighting off many battles with her health, those battles finally got the best of her.

Barb was born in Kimberley, BC on December 11, 1936,

and remained there all her life. She enjoyed bowling, golf

and spending time with her family. Barb spent a number of

years involved with the Girl Guides of Canada movement in

Kimberley.

Barb is survived by her daughters Heather and Cynthia (Mike), son Michael (Audrey), grandchildren Gregory

(Tracy), Kyle (Jessica), Sara (Brodie), Marco and Christian

and great grandchildren Evan and Justin.

Barb was predeceased by her husband Ted, her parents Ellen

and Roland Caukill and her brother Norman.

There will be no service at Barb’s request.

Thank you to the doctors and staff at the East Kootenay

Regional Hospital in Cranbrook and the Kimberley Medical

Clinic for all your care to Barb.
