Three Selkirk students competed at the BC High School Provincial Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Nov. 4 at Jericho Beach Park in Vancouver.

In the Senior Girls category, Sierra Cooper placed 22 out of 242 runners: 4.6 kilometres in a time of 18 minutes, 55 seconds.

In the Junior Girls category, Sydney Wilson placed 21 out of 249 runners: 4.6 kilometres in a time of 19 minutes, 29 seconds.

In the Senior Boys category, David Howe placed 144 out of 233 runners: 7.9 kilometres in a time of 28 minutes, 25 seconds.
