The 4th Annual Abundance Holistic Health & Yoga Fair is coming to Cranbrook Nov 16 & 17
The fourth-annual Abundance Holistic Health and Yoga Fair is all set for Nov. 16 and 17 at the Royal Alexandra Hall, located in the Canadian Rail Museum in Cranbrook.
This is the first time the event has taken place in Cranbrook, having been in Kimberley for its first three years. The fair showcases holistic modalities that support overall health and wellbeing, in addition to serving as a hub for community members to meet and interact with wellness businesses and facilitators from all over the Kootenays.
It is a free event, open to anyone seeking to support their health in a variety of ways, which include body, mind emotional state and spirit.
Saturday's portion of the event will feature more than 30 wellness vendors and exhibitors and will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Throughout the day there will be 20 30-minute Soul Talk Sessions, each on different topics, ranging from nutrition, meditation, QiGong, energy work and more.
Admission is free and no registration is required for the Soul Talk Sessions. Organizers say this is an opportunity to try different modalities and meet facilitators and professionals from around the Kootenays. Please visit abundancefair.ca for schedule.
Then on Sunday, you are invited to the Immersive and Restorative Retreat Day, which includes a guided visualization and therapeutic art session, yoga, a shamanic journey and much more.
