20th, 2013, with their Annual Bavarian Relay Ski Tournament, sponsored by Cross Country Canada. Kids from 4 to 14 years old partook in this event. Sunshine, blue skies, and great snow helped make this a great event. Kids from our neighbouring Jackrabbit Programs in Invermere and Fernie also joined us in the celebrations. There were 2 x 2 person relay events, a Big Air Competition, a Treasure Hunt, and a 100 meter dash event. Fun costumes were worn by everyone. The Kimberley Jackrabbit Program has been growing steadily every year, thanks to these fun activities for the kids. Thanks to Cross Country Canada for their support, to the volunteer leaders and parents for making this event a success again.
