The Kimberley Community Band is gearing up for the summer season and plan a number stand-alone concerts, as well as appearances as part of other Kimberley events.

You will hear the usual mix of audience-friendly marches, swing tunes and pop classics.

You can catch them this Saturday, June 3 at Marysville Daze at 10 a.m.

They will be performing on Canada Day as part of First Saturday celebrations.

The band has played evening concerts in the Platzl for more than 20 summers, and now it matches up perfectly with the end of the Farmer’s Market. The concerts start at 7:30 so you can wander down after the market with your goodies on July 13, July 27 and August 10.
