Back from the Caribbean after a whirlwind trip the KDA Company Dancers had an amazing experience aboard The Carnival Glory.

The girls worked really hard this year getting prepared for this adventure and after hours of preparation they received a standing ovation for their performance of Elf.

The girls travelled from Miami to Nassau Bahamas where they spend the first day shopping and swimming in the beautiful blue waters. From there we had our first day at sea and the dancers preformed  in the Amber Palace aboard the ship. Even though the ship was a bit rocky they pulled off an amazing performance. Well done Dancers!

That same day the had a workshop taught by one of the Carnival dancers who was trained in New York City. Gerald was a great teacher and performer.

Our next port was St. Thomas where the girls and some of the parents went on a Barefoot Castaway Sail and Snorkel tour. We saw so many underwater creatures and had an experience of a lifetime.

Our next port was San Juan Puerto Rico! The history that this city has to offer is fascinating. Touring the city by bus and learning the history and culture was a learning experience the girls will never forget.

The following day we were in Grand Turk. White sand beaches and Crystal blue waters welcomed our dancers. This was our last port and our dancers took every opportunity to enjoy the beach.

Our final day at sea and our last performance in The Amber Palace. We had a great turn out after word got around about how fabulous the first show was. The girls were famous by the end of the cruise. They loved how everyone recognized them and all the words of congratulations!

Way to go KDA Company Dancers!
