The Magic of Christmas Artisan Market had its beginnings over 20 years ago as the Country Friends Arts and Craft Show. Over the years the show has grown in both size and popularity. Patrons of the show will be able to find an exquisite collection of handcrafted treasures and tasty treats to enhance the holiday season. The setting at the Bootleg Gap Clubhouse provides a magical setting for each display. Visitors to the show will find stained glass, gourmet baking, jewelry, whimsical ornaments, handmade cards, fabric bags, handmade soaps and lotions, slippers, felted wearables, wooden snowmen, loveable creations especially for your dog or cat and much more. This incredible variety of quality handmade crafts attracts many shoppers from this region.
The Magic of Christmas Artisan Market will be open to the public from 3 pm to 8 pm on Friday, November 17, and, on Saturday, November 18 it will run from 10 am to 4 pm. As an added treat, the staff at the Bootleg Gap Clubhouse will be offering soup and sandwich luncheon on Saturday. There will be an admission fee at the door with the proceeds being donated to the Food Bank. With the admission charge, people will be eligible for the door prize draws featuring items donated by the participating artisans.
