Military Ames will be holding their annual fundraising garage sale this summer and they are looking for donations of goods for sale.
“We’ll take anything except clothes and electronics,” said Cindy Postnikoff of Military Ames.
If you have anything you’d like to donate, give Cindy a call at 250-9193137 and she will arrange to have it picked up.
Also, the white sign on the front gates of the downtown Veterans Memorial Park has gone missing. Postnkoff says it may have blown off during the high winds last weekend. In any event, if you come across it, they would like to have it returned.
