The Kimberley Trails Society, in a final push to finish fundraising for the new bike park next to the skate park, has launched a raffle.
Work on the park is progressing well and it is hoped with this final fundraising push, the park may open sooner than expected.
There is $24,000 worth of prizes available, including bikes (YETI E-bike and a Custom built Dirt Jumper from Trek ) and a 50/50 draw. Money raised from this raffle will fund a mulch jump, picnic tables, planting trees, installing water lines, fencing and perhaps some lights to extend park hours.
Only 2500 tickets will be sold so your chances of winning are pretty good.
You can enter at the pinkbike.com website.
Raffle bikes have been donated by local businesses BlackDawg Cycle and Ski and Bootleg Bike Co.
