Parishioners of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Kimberley presented donations this past weekend to three local charitable organizations.
"Our congregation had some funds that we wanted to share locally," said Sandra Hollingshead. "We continuously donate a food hamper to the Kimberley food bank each month, and have done so for numerous years so when we had funds available we wanted to locally distribute to organization in our community who are there for the people in need."
St. Andrew's presented $1,000 to the Kimberley Helping Hands Food Bank, $3,000 to the Healthy Kimberley Food Recovery Depot and $3,000 to the Kimberley Loan Cupboard.
