Going into mediation with Labour Relations Board mediator Grant MacArthur, both sides had indicated they would like to included collective agreement talks as well.
In the City release, CAO Scott Sommerville says further proposals were exchanged and both parties have agreed to another day of mediation. That will not happen, however, until August 9.
