Little Summit Daycare recently got a major upgrade, courtesy of Rob Rourke and his team at the Flooring Superstore in Cranbrook.
After a pipe burst, destroying the previous floor previous flooring in the facility's nap room, Rourke and his team replaced the old carpet with new flooring, including installation.
The new plank flooring, which replaced the old carpet, is not only beautiful, but it better suits the needs of the daycare, as it makes it easier for staff to clean up spills and also provides the children a place to rest in clean, safe environment.
"Summit Community Services Society, which operates Little Summit Daycare, would like to thank the Cranbrook business community for its quick and ongoing support," a spokesperson wrote. "Operating our social programs as a non-profit society would not be possible without the generous support of our community. Thank you!"
