The missing Riondel youth has been located, his family reports.
RCMP want your help locating a 14-year-old Riondel boy.
Jackson Keefer-Wilkinson is 5'7" (170 cm), 135 pounds (61 kg) with short, spiked black hair and was possibly headed to Nelson on a black Norco BMX bike.
Police say there is nothing to indicate foul play.
His aunt Lisa Wilkinson said he is very familiar with the Kootenay Lake, Creston, Kimberley and Cranbrook areas and boarded the ferry early Wednesday at Kootenay Bay. She said he was spotted around lunchtime in Nelson near the Chahko Mika mall but ran when a police officer called his name.
Anyone who spots him should contact the RCMP.
