Last year over 250 people attended a free Christmas dinner for the Kimberley community. In addition over 100 meals were delivered to those unable to attend.
It was a wonderful afternoon and evening featuring a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings, song and a little getting to know each other.
It’s happening again this year on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at Centennial Hall from 4 to 5 p.m. Doors open at 3:45 p.m.
“As in the past few years, the dinner is open to anyone in our community and we will deliver dinners to people at their homes if they prefer,” said Terri Fergus. “We would like to encourage anyone who might otherwise be alone at Christmas to join us for dinner or call and have their dinner delivered.”
Please call 250-427-2221 by December 10 if you’d like your meal delivered.
