Phil was born in North Battleford, Sask. Graduating form St. Joseph High School in Grand Prairie, attended NAIT in Edmonton. Graduated with an Industrial Electronic Engineer Degree. Phil went to the College of the Rockies and received his Bachelor Teaching Degree. Living most of his Life in Cranbrook, Golden, Kimberley.
Phil is survived by his two sons; Bruce and Kory, life partner of 30 years, Elisebeth Killips, stepdaughter Melissa, daughter- in-law Diana, grandchildren; Jackson, Aurora, Declan, three sisters, two brothers and many nieces and nephews.
