Christian Faber passed away at Kelowna General Hospital. Chris lived in Cranbrook since 1976.
He is survived by his father Terry, brother, Cal (Zenaide) Faber, nephews, Brandon and Calvin and niece Marissa, all of Victoria. He was predeceased by his mother, Joan Faber (nee Scriver) in 1968.
A special mention of Adam and Erna (deceased), Merlin, Marilyn and Peter Koch they took Chris in for a few years. Chris' love was that of his family, trips to Victoria and European trip in 2009 with his dad and brother. Highlights were becoming an Honorary councilman of the day in Cranbrook, England and visits to some of the greatest museums. Chris asked that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to his niece, Marissa's educational pursuit at www.gofundme.com/hillsong-college-tuition.
A celebration of life will be held Thursday, May 3rd, 2018 at 11:00 am at McPherson Funeral Home in Cranbrook with Rev. Dr. Yme Woensdregt officiating.
Interment at Westlawn Cemetery will follow.
