It is with deep sorrow that the family of Donald Bruce McKillop announces his passing on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 in Kimberley at 89 years of age.

Born March 14, 1929 in Kipp, Alberta, Dynamo came to Kimberley in 1948 and started work at Cominco where he stayed until he retired in 1987. Dynamo was a regular fixture at the ski hill, curling club, Elks, Lions, Legion and the old Canadian Hotel. Dynamo could be found most summer days on the golf course and, you could set your watch that he would be at the Sully at 4:40 pm for the daily prayer meeting. Dynamo will be greatly missed in Kimberley.

Dynamo is survived by his son Don Jr. (Amie) of Calgary and his daughter Karen Tucker (Brian) of Etowah, North Carolina. He is also survived by his grandchildren Aleisha, Lindsay, Jaryd, Samantha, Hayley and Jordan. Dynamo was predeceased by his mother Susan, his wife Jeanne McKillop and his grandson Wesley McKillop, three sisters and several nieces and nephews as well as many close friends who he thought of as family, Red, Buck, Tick, Bova, Cowboy and so many more....
