In her senior years Jeannette volunteered and supported various Charities: Cranbrook Food Bank, the Cranbrook SPCA, worked with other seniors in care facilities in Cranbrook and was a volunteer for the Fort Steele Historical Association where she spent a number of years archiving various

historical artifacts.

The family wishes to thank the Nursing Staff and Doctors on the third floor of the East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook for attending to Jeannette with tireless goodwill, care and kindness throughout her hospital stay and particularly her last days.
