Eldy spent his last days at the 'Pines' special care home where he passed away Sept. 21.
Many thanks to the staff at the 'Pines' for the care and respect you gave Eldy during his stay. You are a very special group of caregivers.

Eldy was a World War II veteran and for many years worked in the forest industry at various logging camps in the Cranbrook area, he farmed in Alberta and Gold Creek, later in life he enjoyed doing woodwork, fishing, gardening and reminiscing with his very good and long-time friends Gord and Lynne Jefferies.
Eldy is predeceased by his parents Jack and Elsie, brothers Nelson, Joe, and sister Mary. He is survived by nieces and nephews.
There will be no service by Eldy's request.
