Oct 1, 1942 - Apr 28, 2018
Leonard John Peters (Sparky) passed away suddenly on April 28th after spending one last evening with family and friends at his favorite spot in Eureka, Montana.

He was born in Winkler, Manitoba on October 1, 1942 having spent the last many years of his life in Cranbrook, BC.

Len started L & L Auto Electric in 1994 where his knowledge and expertise of the industry soon made him invaluable to all who sought his expert advice. Over the years customers became friends and Len always looked forward to seeing them come through the door.

He had a passion for sports; he loved golf and Nascar. His need for speed was well known by all who knew him. In recent years he lovingly restored his 1965 short box Chevy where he spent many hours in his garage, visiting friends who came to share in the excitement of his build.

He is survived by the love of his life, Linda and their children from their wonderfully blended family, Darrel, Steven (Stacy), Rebecca (Scott), Corey (CJ), Cody (Samantha), Garrett (Jessica) and many other family and friends especially his Montana family whom he couldn't wait to spend his summers with.

As much as Len loved his family he loved all his dogs just as much. Bruno, Max, Angel and Miska will miss him every day.

There will be a Celebration of Life held on Saturday, June 2nd at 1:00 pm. We welcome you to join us at the Royal Alexandra Hall to honor this hardworking, stubborn, loving, honest, set in his ways, irreplaceable man.

Your condolences will be approved within one business day. You will need a valid Facebook account. Please email us if you have any questions.
