Mark was born in Yellowknife, NWT. and passed away at the Cranbrook, BC hospital, after a short battle with cancer.
Mark is survived by his sons Alan (Calgary) and David (Krystal Tyers), and granddaughter Peyden Lynn Lysohirka, Crbk.
Also surviving are his brother Randy Heck, sisters Cindy Lysokirka, (Alta) Terry Kubesh (Crbk). Nieces Marni (Jim) Morrish, Vicki Pinchak, Libby Antal, Laura Heck, and nephew Allan Pinchak, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
Mark was predeceased by his wife of 38yrs. Lynn Jaster, father Walter, and his mother Joanne.
Mark's family would like to thank Dr. Andreas and the nurses and staff of the Cranbrook Hospital for the great care given to him.
There will be no service per Mark's request.
