Dale passed away peacefully at 86 years old after a brief battle with cancer.
Husband of Gail, father of Brenda (Andy) Kveps, Leanne Jarrett and grandfather of Alexander Kveps.
Dale enjoyed a full life and among his interests over the years were various sporting functions, including golf. In that activity his favorite pursuit was a gimme par. Over the years he was a member of the Calgary Inglewood Golf and Curling Club and the Radium Resort Springs course.
His business career was related to the petroleum industry and therein he enjoyed a thirty-eight year association with Amerada Minerals Corporation Of Canada Ltd. (Amerada Hess Corporation).
In retirement, apart from golf, Dale found pleasure from gardening and other various home improvement activities.
Over the years he and his wife Gail travelled a bit and were fond of cruising and land journeys within Europe, resulting in great memories.
As Dale often said, "it was a life well worth living"
What is the meaning of a life well lived?
"A life well lived is a precious gift.
It's filled with moments, sweet and sad. With smiles and sometimes tears, with friendships formed and good times shared.
And laughter through the years. A life well lived is a legacy."

At Dale's wishes no funeral services are planned
