The North Star Figure Skating Club brought home 17 medals from 22 events in Rossland: 8 gold, 7 Silver and 2 bronze. Way to go kids! Here are the results from the weekend: Zoe Marina- Gold Interpretive, gold pairs, silver Freeskate and silver elements; Emily Newel- bronze dance, bronze interpretive, gold Freeskate, gold pairs and gold elements; Bianca Marina- gold Freeskate, gold elements, gold interpretive, silver pairs; Sydney Wilson- 6th interpretive, 4th Freeskate; Hannah- Silver pairs, 4th solo, 6th interpretive 4th elements; Jackson Wilkinson- silver; Maki Wilkinson- Silver; Ella Wilkinson- Silver Mya Doerksen- Merit Ribbon in Star 1. The Club is looking forward to the Kootenay Regional Championships in Fernie, BC, January 30- February 1, 2015.
