On Sunday, November 23 North Star Skating Club held a simulation in preparation for the upcoming test and competition season. On December 5-7 the Starskaters will participate in a Regional Test Day and the East Kootenay Invitational Competition that is being hosted by the Cranbrook Skating Club. As well Starskaters will be traveling to Rossland and Fernie this season to compete and test their skating levels. For some skaters this will be their first participation in competitive skating while many of our senior skaters have become seasoned in attending competitions and are currently testing their gold levels. All of our Club skaters have been working very hard with Coach Tamara and Coach Megan to prepare for their skating season. It is a very exciting time of year for these skaters. North Star Skating Club is very proud to have these skaters represent the club.
