Noted western artist and Kimberley resident George Hogg, and his wife Isabel, have donated two of his paintings to the Foothills Hospital, most notably the cardiac team, for the excellent care received by their son Gary Hogg over the years.
Gary has been under the care of the team since a heart transplant several years ago, and his parents wanted to give something back to the health care professionals who have been so critical in his dealing with his chronic condition.
The paintings were presented last month in Calgary.
