Santa visited Kimberley Alpine Resort on Christmas Eve, putting smiles on everyone’s faces.

There are also several events planned for the holiday season (Dec. 23, 2018 to Jan. 4, 2019). Family and kid activities will take place every day over the winter break, including skiing and breakfast with Santa, face painting, scavenger hunts, an ice skating party, family slalom events, children’s games, helmet decorating and more. All kids’ events are free.

On New Year’s Eve celebrate at the hill with their annual torch light parade and family party. Along with night skiing from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., there will be many other activities in the Plaza from 7 to 9:30 p.m., with the torch light parade at 8:50 p.m. and a fireworks display at 9 p.m..

Holiday Night Skiing: Dec. 26 – Jan. 5 (5:30-8:30 p.m.)

Kidz Night Out: Ages 5-12 from 5:30-8:30 p.m.. Call 250-427-0315 to sign up.

Outdoor Fun: Snowshoe Fondue & Fat Biking Tours 250-427-0315.

Telus Ski School: Daily group & private lessons 250-432-0315.

Wildhorse Childcare: 18 months to six years old 250-432-0301.
