Mark Creek Lions announce cancellation of Marysville Daze

Another event enjoyed by many Kimberleyites has been cancelled. The Mark Creek Lions Club has announced that Marysville Daze, always held the first Saturday in June, has been cancelled this year.

Club President Steve Royer says that while there was some consideration of just postponing the event, with the club not even meeting right now, it would be too difficult.

An email vote was held and most agreed cancellation was the only route at this time.
