Following two at-home wins in Games 1 and 2 that were decided by just one goal each, the Kimberley Dynamiters suffered a 5-1 defeat at the hands of the Columbia Valley Rockies in Game 3 of Round 2 of the playoffs.

Dynamiters head into Round 2 against the Columbia Valley Rockies

With their first-ever appearance at the National Championships, the Avalanche won two of of their three matches to make it to the Bronze medal match March 8.

And just like that, the Kimberley-Creston series is tied at two games a piece, following the Thunder Cats' 6-3 win over the Dynamiters at the Johnny Bucyk Arena.

After two one-sided losses in the first two games, Creston bounces back with a 7-2 win in Game 3.
